Your Subscription Policy

For any subscription-related requests, email us at subscription@fyll.club. To help us assist you faster, please include your order number or the email address used when placing your order.
1. How does my subscription work?

It's super easy! We'll automatically deliver your FYLL Complete Meals right to your doorstep every month — so you never have to worry about running out or skipping meals.

Since it's a subscription, it auto-renews — there's nothing you need to do to keep receiving your FYLL!

If you have any questions at all, or need to make changes to your subscription, drop us a note at subscription@fyll.club.

2. What is your subscription policy?

When you subscribe with FYLL, you'll receive recurring monthly deliveries of your favourite Complete Meals at a discounted price.

All subscriptions have a minimum commitment of 3 consecutive recurring orders, after which you can choose to cancel by emailing us at subscription@fyll.club.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.

3. Is there a minimum commitment for subscriptions?

Yes. We believe that consistency is key when it comes to building healthier habits. That's why all subscriptions require a minimum of 3 consecutive recurring orders.

When you subscribe, you are committing to 3 consecutive monthly deliveries at a reduced price. Subscriptions will auto-renew, and after 3 consecutive orders, you can cancel anytime by emailing subscription@fyll.club.

That being said, we believe all of your wellness decisions should be in your hands. You can always make a one-time purchase at our regular pricing.

4. How often will I receive my deliveries?

FYLL subscriptions are delivered once a month, automatically. After your first order, your next one is created exactly one month later — no action needed on your end.

It's the easiest way to keep your meals stocked and stay consistent with your nutrition without having to think about it.

5. When will I receive my next delivery?

Your next order is automatically created based on the date of your first order. For example, if you placed your first order on 23 March, your next order will be automatically created on 23 April — and so on.

Once your recurring order is created and payment goes through, we pack, process, and ship out your FYLL as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times from order placement:

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
  • East Malaysia & Singapore: 5–7 working days

6. How can I manage my subscription?

To make any changes to your subscription, simply email us at subscription@fyll.club with your order number or email address used in your order. We'll be happy to help you with:

  • Adding or removing products from your subscription
  • Changing your flavours
  • Skipping a shipment or updating your next delivery date
  • Editing your shipping address
  • Updating your payment method

Please note: All changes must be requested at least 3 days before your next order date. Any requests received after that may only take effect from the following order.

7. Can I change my flavours between deliveries?

Of course! We want you to enjoy every single sip. Whether you'd like to switch flavours or mix things up, just drop us an email at subscription@fyll.club with your order number or email address used in your order and we'll update your next order.

Please note: Flavour changes must be requested at least 3 days before your next order date. Otherwise, the change will be applied to the following order.

8. Can I pause my subscription?

The pause option depends on where you are in your subscription:

If you have less than 3 recurring orders:

Pausing is not available at this stage because subscriptions require a minimum 3-order commitment. If you experience any issues or need assistance, email us at subscription@fyll.club with your order number or email address used in your order, along with a brief description of your request so we can assist you quickly.

If you have completed 3 or more recurring orders:

Simply email us at subscription@fyll.club with your order number or email address used in your order and we'll pause your subscription for you.

Please note: Pause requests must be made at least 3 days before your next order date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.

When you're ready to resume, just let us know — we'll always be here for you!

9. How do I cancel my subscription?

The cancellation process depends on where you are in your subscription:

If you have less than 3 recurring orders:

Cancellation is not available at this stage because subscriptions require a minimum 3-order commitment. If you experience any issues or need assistance, email us at subscription@fyll.club with your order number or email address used in your order, along with a brief description of your request so we can assist you quickly.

If you have completed 3 or more recurring orders:

Simply email us at subscription@fyll.club with your order number or email address used in your order, and we'll process your cancellation.

Please note: Cancellation requests must be made at least 3 days before your next order date. Otherwise, the upcoming order will still be processed and the cancellation will take effect from the following cycle.

We hate to see you go, but if you ever decide to cancel, we'll make it as easy and smooth as possible. We're always here if you want to come back!

10. Can I make a one-time purchase without subscribing?

Absolutely! You can purchase any of our FYLL Complete Meals as a one-time order at regular pricing — no commitment needed.

That said, subscribing gets you a better deal on every order, hassle-free monthly restocking of your daily essentials, and no more worrying about running out or skipping meals. It's the easiest way to stay consistent with your nutrition!

11. Why is monthly the only subscription frequency available?

Starting 1 June 2026, we simplified our subscription to a single monthly cadence. New subscribers will only see the monthly option going forward.

Here's why we think monthly is the sweet spot:

  • It's long enough to actually feel a difference. Nutrition works through consistency over time — a month gives your body the chance to settle into a rhythm and for you to notice real results.
  • It's what most of our subscribers were already choosing. Monthly was always our most popular plan, so this just makes things cleaner for everyone.
  • One less thing to think about. No more choosing between frequencies — just subscribe, receive, and stay fuelled.
  • Fresher product, every time. Monthly ordering means your FYLL is always as fresh as it can be when it arrives at your door.

Already on a 2-week or 2-month plan? No changes to your existing subscription — everything continues as normal. This only applies to new subscriptions going forward.
