Brand & Content Intern

Run activations on the ground, shoot the content, and be the person people meet when they meet FYLL.

We're looking for someone who's chronically online, comfortable being on camera, and equally happy creating a Reel or showing up at a Pilates studio, run club or mall activation. Mostly remote and hybrid, with flexibility to work from home and travel around Klang Valley for content shoots, retail visits, team meetings and brand activations. You'll help bring FYLL to life both online and IRL.

Content

  • Ideate, shoot and edit short-form content primarily for social media
  • Be comfortable appearing and speaking on camera
  • Create content around FYLL products, retail stores, launches, activations and everyday brand moments
  • Capture real-time content at events and turn offline moments into social-first stories
  • Keep up with relevant social trends and adapt them in a way that feels like FYLL

Community & Activations

  • Help identify relevant communities, events, studios and partners FYLL should show up with
  • Support offline activations such as fitness studios, run clubs, sampling events, pop-ups, roadshows and mall activations
  • Coordinate event logistics including products, POSM, vendors, partners and setup
  • Handle event props, sampling materials, setup and teardown
  • Act as a FYLL brand & activation ambassador — confidently introducing the brand, serving samples and engaging with customers and event attendees
  • Support simple post-event recaps and learnings

Retail & Brand Execution

  • Visit FYLL retail locations across Klang Valley for content shoots and basic brand checks
  • Support retail campaigns, sampling initiatives, displays and POSM rollouts
  • Capture how FYLL shows up in-store and flag merchandising or branding issues

You'll probably enjoy this role if you…

  • Are confident speaking and appearing on camera
  • Naturally understand what makes a good Reel or Story
  • Know your way around CapCut and Canva
  • Are proactive, organised and comfortable working independently in a mostly remote setup
  • Are comfortable approaching and speaking to people
  • Are willing to travel around Klang Valley for shoots, retail visits and activations
  • Have your own vehicle

A few practical things: this role requires flexible hours for selected events and activations, including weekday evenings and weekends when required. Some event days may extend beyond standard working hours. You'll also need to be available for a minimum internship period of 3 months.

Do I need to be based in Klang Valley?

Yes. The role is mostly remote, but you'll need to travel around Klang Valley for content shoots, retail visits, team meetings and activations — and you'll need your own vehicle to do it.

InternshipsDo I need professional filming or editing experience?

No. We care far more about instinct than equipment. If you can shoot on your phone, cut something sharp in CapCut and know why a Reel works, that counts. Send examples of anything you've made — personal accounts included.

InternshipsCan I do this alongside my studies?

Possible — the role is rather flexible. The parts that aren't flexible are the days we hold events and activations, so tell us your availability upfront and we'll be straight with you about whether it fits.
