1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within Southeast Asia. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to fulfil your order at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, and public holidays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. The total shipping fee will be displayed before payment is confirmed.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. fyll.club is not liable for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details. Reshipping arrangements in such cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis and additional charges may apply.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Reshipping fees and arrangements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@fyll.club as soon as possible. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will work with you and our courier partners to resolve the matter.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us at support@fyll.club as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
